Baby Blake – newborn session
I started out his session with a few wrapped images and then slowly began to unpeel the layers. Mama had specifically requested some naked baby images as those had been her favourites from Baby Blake’s big sister’s session. Baby Blake was like putty in my hands. He slept so perfectly as I moved him from pose to pose, never even making as much as a wimper. I always seem to have the best luck with the chubby ones!!
As I photographed her sweet baby, Mama looked through my collection of props, wraps and layers, pulling out a few of her favourite things – some creams and green and navy. I moved Baby Blake off the beanbag and into props seamlessly as he slept right through again. I didn’t hear a single sound from him the whole time he was with me, although I did manage to catch the cutest little baby yawn and he popped his eyes open for just a moment to check me out before falling right back to sleep again!
Congratulations on the addition of Baby Blake to your family! It was wonderful seeing you again and meeting your little guy. He is absolutely perfect!
