Expecting Baby Number Two – maternity session

We met at one of my favourite outdoor locations early in the morning.  It had rained for days and days it seemed, and the grass was wet, but we were happy to not see a cloud in the sky finally.  I had met Mama and Big Brother before when he had come to the Details studio for his first birthday cake smash session.  He was the most adorably serious little man I had ever met.  He stared at me with those gorgeous eyes, never crying or getting upset, but also never even cracking a smile.  Today was no different!  He was happy to be there with his Mama and Daddy, although I’m not so sure he understood why or that he would be welcoming a new little one into his home very soon.  Again, he looked at me with those sweet eyes but I couldn’t even get a smirk from him.  It was so him though, and Mama agreed!

I am so happy for you all!  It was so great seeing you again to celebrate another exciting milestone for your family.  Soon Baby #2 will be here and you will be a family of four.  I can’t wait to hear how Big Brother reacts to his new little sibling and I hope Baby can get some smiles from him here and there!!
