Baby Rylie – newborn session

I met little Rylie when she was just one week old. She came to the Details studio with her Mama and Daddy for her newborn session. She was the absolute sweetest little thing with beautiful long dark hair. I even caught a glimpse of her beautiful dark eyes for a few moments when she woke up to take a look around. Her session went so smoothly, well except for a little poo explosion incident! That will be a moment Mama and I will never forget! She slept so peacefully and let me move her into any cozy little position.
I always ask parents if they have any favourite colours, props or set ups that they have seen on my page that they would like to use as inspiration for their session. Rylie’s Mama and Daddy had mentioned a beautiful session I had done in the summertime with a baby in a bucket surrounded by purple flowers. I was so sad because those flowers were actually fresh from my garden and were now out of season. I felt bad that I couldn’t recreate it for them. But, Daddy quickly stepped up and showed how much he loved his little girl and went downtown to find her some purple flowers for her session. He came back with some beautiful flowers and the images are perfect!
Little Rylie had the most perfect session, I even caught a little smile! But she was never happier or more peaceful than when she was wrapped up in Mama and Daddy’s loving arms. I will never tire of watching new parents loving and interacting with their brand new baby. It just fills my whole studio with joy!
